Job summary

Bally's Lincoln in Lincoln, RI is seeking a security professional to observe guest flow, verify IDs in compliance with state law, and support a 24/hour dispatch center. The role includes badge management, badge room duties, and log maintenance for security operations.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, be at least 18 years old, and able to read/write English with good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to read and write English.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Stand, walk long distances, climb, carry, hear, bend and stoop.
• Regular eye/hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Observe guests entering and departing the property.
• Check identification of individuals entering Twin River in compliance with Rhode Island state law.
• Staff the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours a day.
• Monitor surveillance cameras (non-gaming areas) and dispatch appropriate responses.
• Maintain CAD (computer aided dispatch) logs for all calls for service.
• Staff the Card and Destruction Room and manage badge processes.
• Inspect and cancel all cards and dice removed from the gaming floor; maintain logs.
• Create and modify C-Cure badges for staff, vendors, and visitors; maintain logs.
• Possess extensive knowledge of Twin River Casino facilities.
• Assist guests by providing information or directing to the appropriate source.
• Rove self-parking lots, valet, exterior of casino, and badge office duties.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to security immediately.
• Cannot act as current law enforcement officers or assist with disturbances/arrests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
