Job summary

Bally's Lincoln is seeking a security professional to observe entrances, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to ensure guest and staff safety at the Rhode Island property. The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling areas, assisting guests, maintaining logs, and coordinating with local authorities as needed. Prior customer service experience and RI gaming licensing considerations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Regular use of eye/hand coordination.
• Stand, walk several hundred feet, climb, carry, hear, bend, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Observe guests entering and departing the property.
• Check identification of individuals entering Twin River in compliance with Rhode Island state law.
• Staff the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours a day and handle radio communications.
• Monitor surveillance cameras (non-gaming areas) and coordinate responses with Surveillance, Fire/EMS, Police and other departments.
• Assist guests by providing information and directing them to appropriate sources for assistance.
• May patrol self-parking lots, valet areas, exterior of casino, and staff the badge office for employee check distribution and issuing temporary badges.
• Report observations of hazardous, dangerous, or unsafe conditions to security.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
