Job summary

Qualifications

• Rhode Island Driver Operator License (preferred).
• Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License (preferred).
• Ability to read and write English.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Stand, walk, climb, carry, hear, bend and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Strategically posted at three entrances to observe guests 24/7.
• Check identification of individuals entering the facility per RI law.
• Staff the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours; coordinate with departments.
• Maintain CAD log for all calls for service.
• Staff the Card and Destruction Room; log visitors and inventory.
• Staff the Badging Office and manage staff/vendor/visitor badges.
• Know Twin River facilities and assist guests with information.
• Rove lots and assist with badge distribution and issuance.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to security immediately.
• Cannot perform current law enforcement duties or arrests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
