Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks a Console Operator to monitor the FDA Command Center 24/7, operating access systems, CCTV, and incident response. You will document activities, respond to alarms, and coordinate with responders across shifts including nights and weekends.

The role requires familiarity with security systems, report writing, and professional interaction with FDA staff. A neat appearance and proper badges are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, guard force, or alarm monitoring preferred.
• Must be able to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English with strong reading/writing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a shift log documenting activities and alarm responses.
• Answer calls for service and refer callers as needed.
• Notify FDA branches of discrepancies after hours.
• Operate and monitor security systems to respond to alarms and incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and direct police/guards as needed.
• Prepare written incident reports.
