Job summary

RMantra Solutions is seeking a technically skilled professional to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ESGS, delivering 24/7/365 operational support for an advanced IP-based SATCOM network. You will handle ticketing, real-time monitoring, and remote access to assist DoD gateway facilities.

Responsibilities include configuring routers/switches/firewalls, managing SATCOM modems, and coordinating with DoD personnel to resolve network issues while maintaining baseline

Qualifications

High school diploma and 2–4 years of experience.
Active Secret security clearance required.
Experience with SATCOM and MILSATCOM equipment.

Responsibilities

Create and update tickets in DISA ticketing systems to aid problem tracking and resolution.
Monitor network events and element management in real-time on a 24x7x365 basis.
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and voice equipment for IP networks.
Support IP satellite modem configuration and issue resolution (option/boot/RSP files).
Remotely access and de-access customers into IP/SATCOM networks; troubleshoot SATCOM/IP issues.
