Job summary

BRC is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead a 24/7 residential program in New York City. You will supervise the Operations team, ensure safety, client-centered service, and regulatory compliance, while supporting the mission to help individuals experiencing homelessness achieve stability and independence.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining documentation, coordinating daily operations, and collaborating with clinical, medical, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social services, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the program's 24-hour Operations team, including Shift Supervisors and Community Technicians.
• Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and high-quality client care.
• Coach, train, and develop frontline staff on operational procedures, client engagement, documentation, emergency response, safety protocols, and daily responsibilities.
• Conduct regular observations, performance feedback, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with agency policies and operational standards.
• Oversee daily residential operations, including client supervision, meal service, activities of daily living (ADL) support, dormitory monitoring, safety, and facility operations.
