Job summary

BRC in New York is seeking an Outreach Specialist to supervise outreach staff on shift, coordinate with the Outreach Supervisor, deploy teams, and oversee referrals and resources.

You will manage data collection and reporting, ensure safety for teams and clients, and participate in treatment planning and emergency CPR/overdose prevention as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Associate's Degree with at least one year direct outreach experience acceptable.
• High School Diploma with at least two years direct outreach experience acceptable.
• Valid state driver's license preferred; CPR training or willingness required.
• Basic computer literacy required. Ability to speak Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outreach staff on shift and coordinate with Outreach Supervisor.
• Coordinate deployment of teams and oversee referrals resources.
• Manage data collection and reporting from the team.
• Provide emergency first aid/CPR or overdose prevention protocol assistance.
• Conduct treatment planning and related duties for Outreach Specialists.
• Ensure team and client safety.
