Job summary

Shell is seeking a Production Operator for the Monaca Plant in Pennsylvania to safely and reliably operate asset equipment in a 24/7 shift environment.

You will monitor furnaces, pumps, and compressors, follow safety and environmental policies, and document operating data. After qualification, you may train new hires and participate in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write English fluently and understand operating procedures.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate asset equipment (furnaces, pumps, compressors) in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Monitor, control, start/stop equipment and ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Record unit operating data and communicate issues clearly to the team.
• Support safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
