Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 24/7 plastics extrusion operations and lead a team of hourly employees. You will manage shift handoffs, drive safety initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of defect-free material to customers while maintaining quality and productivity.

You will supervise training, timekeeping, and performance metrics, while supporting continuous improvement projects and SOP development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position; plastics extrusion experience a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and UKG payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations for a 24/7 plastics extrusion facility; manage shift routines and handoffs.
• Lead safety initiatives, 5S, and team development; monitor performance metrics and reporting.
• Administer daily shift summaries and time card monitoring; support continuous improvement projects.
