Job summary

All American Poly Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the D shift to oversee the blown film extrusion process. You will lead the shift, supervise a team of production workers, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage scheduling and production records while meeting targets and customer demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in blown film extrusion or similar manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of extrusion processes, materials and equipment.
• Knowledge of Employment Standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the entire production operation across shifts and lines.
• Oversee training of production line employees and mentor trainees.
• Manage scheduling of hourly production personnel.
• Provide timely reports on production metrics, issues, and improvements to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and GMP practices on the shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment uptime and repairs.
• Verify quality products and ensure on-time delivery with transportation teams.
