Qualifications

• 2+ years in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and operations.
• Knowledge of process safety and personal safety principles.
• Experience using digital tools and systems.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plans shift activities and resources to optimize performance in line with production goals; Communicates shift performance goals, metrics and outcomes to team members.
• Operates with Excellence by engaging team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to build ownership.
• Coaches, develops and provides performance feedback to team members to build capabilities and improve effectiveness.
• Hires, retains and develops talent to meet current and future needs while promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Monitors and manages costs for shift, including overtime and supplies.
