Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians and leads, oversee materials and the maintenance area, and ensure comprehensive preventive and reactive maintenance for all plant assets. The role requires flexibility to support 24/7 operation and a willingness to mentor staff.

You will troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and basic electrical systems, while maintaining adherence to GMP standards and follow-up documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance techs and leads.
• Manage materials, machines, and the maintenance area.
• Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance for all assets.
• Support plant manufacturing operations and 24/7 coverage.
• Read and follow manuals, SOPs, and PID scripts.
• Lead others in a team-based environment.
