Job summary

Guilford County EMS is seeking a Paramedic to respond to emergencies, assess and triage patients, provide basic and advanced life support, and transport patients to medical facilities. Qualifications

• Must have experience directly related to emergency medical services.
• Must be credentialed as a North Carolina Paramedic or able to obtain via reciprocity.
• Must maintain a current, valid DMV operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to emergencies and varying citizen requests.
• Assess victims of accidents or medical conditions and provide basic and advanced life support.
• Provide safe transport of patients to local medical facilities and document medical information.
