Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 24-hour packaging team across all shifts.
• Oversee daily packaging operations and align with schedules and specs.
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Build and maintain training systems, SOPs, and competency tracking.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, OSHA compliance through inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with QA on product specs and cross-department planning.
