Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING is seeking a Packaging Line Manager to lead a 24-hour packaging operation, owning safety, quality, efficiency, and team development across all shifts. You will collaborate with Brewing, Lab, Maintenance, Warehouse, and QA to keep packaging running smoothly.

The role requires at least 2 years in a managerial manufacturing role, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvements while ensuring GMP, GDP, and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 24-hour packaging team with safety and quality goals.
• Plan and oversee daily packaging operations aligned with schedules.
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
• Own root cause analysis and data-driven process improvements.
• Build training systems and SOPs across shifts.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, OSHA compliance through audits.
• Collaborate with QA on product specs and cross-department planning.
