Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING in Waunakee, Wisconsin, is hiring Packaging Specialists to operate our bottle, can, variety pack and kegging lines across shifts. You’ll ensure correct packaging, log data, and monitor quality while gaining hands-on machine experience and cross-training opportunities.

Base pay starts at $20.00/hr with additional shift differentials on later shifts; full-time, non-exempt with strong benefits and room to grow in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to stand 8+ hours in a production environment.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Run bottle, can, variety pack and kegging lines including changeovers, CIP and routine maintenance.
• Confirm the right packaging mix and volume before every fill.
• Log packaging run data and catch process hiccups before they become bigger problems.
• Pull samples and take measurements to keep quality on track.
• Safely operate a forklift to move product between production and storage.
