You will guide technical teams, develop metrics, and coordinate with stakeholders to align operational goals with business needs. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced business knowledge in a data center environment.
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications technology and processes.
• Experience managing technical staff in a 24x7 environment.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage departmental procedures to ensure prompt network problem resolution and maximum availability.
• Direct and coordinate actions by department personnel and external tech support to resolve problems timely.
• Provide leadership, development, and supervision to staff with clear objectives and performance results.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and provide data to senior management for planning.
• Design and develop reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Collaborate with development staff to identify data requirements for monitoring systems.
