AION Management is seeking an Assistant Service Director to oversee all maintenance and repair operations across the Columbus apartment community. You will manage preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and curb appeal to ensure high-quality homes.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling repairs, managing budget and inventories, and ensuring exceptional resident service around the clock.

Qualifications

• 4+ years maintenance and repair experience for apartment communities.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• CFC Certification Universal and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance and repair activities for the community.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety tasks.
• Maintain records for work orders, bids, and contracts.
• Coordinate turns, renovations, and curb appeal improvements.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency readiness and high-quality resident service.
