Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems seeks a Manager of Adult & Children's 24/7 Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response Teams in Mobile, AL. The role provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and administrative direction for trauma-informed crisis services across adults and children, 24/7.

You will supervise teams, ensure safety and quality, manage documentation, and collaborate with healthcare and community partners to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and promote recovery-oriented care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical behavioral health experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with crisis intervention in high-stress settings.
• Experience with adult and child/adolescent populations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for 24/7 mobile crisis teams.
• Oversee staff supervision, staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with hospitals, law enforcement, schools, and community partners when needed.
