Job summary

Mach10 Solutions seeks a dedicated electrical technician to support a 24/7 Tier 1 automotive parts plant. You will maintain and repair injection molding, extrusion lines, automated cells, and power presses, while assisting with new equipment installation.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electro-mechanical systems, robotics, and PLC programs, performing electrical diagnostics, and applying schematic knowledge to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus a 2-year technical degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven background working in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Build positive working relationships with team members at every level of the company.
• Regular standing/walking and ability to lift over 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive safety mindset to foster a secure working environment.
• Diagnose and service electro-mechanical systems, robotics, vision technology, and automated cells.
• Identify and resolve PLC programming issues.
• Deliver precise electrical diagnostics for various circuits.
• Utilize expertise in AC/DC motors and adjustable speed drives to support operations.
• Interpret electrical schematics for daily tasks.
• Execute technical projects to improve production efficiency and outcomes.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
