Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Background check renewed every 5 years.
• 1–3 years of admin/office manager experience in lockbox ops preferred.
• Experience with Citi Corporate Expense Management policy is preferred.
• Multi-shift experience with 24/7 coverage and off-shift meetings.

Responsabilités

• Access Control Management: initiate, maintain and audit access; manage badges and rotation; produce compliance reports.
• Inventory Management: monitor supplies, fulfill orders, manage vendor quotes and relationships.
• Reporting Support: log errors, discrepancies and attendance; escalate issues to leadership.
• Other Duties: coordinate with vendors; prepare travel/expenses; support senior management events.
