Brightstar is seeking a Computer Operator to keep our enterprise systems running around the clock, in a 24/7 operational environment. You will monitor systems, support development and lottery operations teams, and execute daily checklists to ensure reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience with at least two years in a technical role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a related technical role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Brightstar’s enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams.
• Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Identify and elevate system issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery.
