Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using computers in an office environment.
• Experience answering telephones in a high-volume setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Spok software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Emergency Life Safety Codes promptly and accurately.
• Answer and process 60–80 calls per hour with high accuracy.
• Page appropriate personnel per policy with no exceptions.
• Maintain courteous customer relations on calls and with staff.
• Manage hospital on-call pager schedules and vendor portals.
