Qualifications

• Education: GED or High School Diploma required.
• 12–18 months of experience in security or related investigations preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and obtain any required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, access control, and alarm systems to identify security incidents.
• Document and maintain accurate records of communications and security events.
• Collect, analyze and report intelligence on incidents using OSINT tools.
• Coordinate with GSOC leadership and respond according to SOPs and protocols.
• Dispatch officers to calls for service and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Prepare incident reports and support investigations.
