911 Emergency Communications seeks skilled dispatchers to handle emergency and nonemergency calls, verify locations, and coordinate responders across police, fire, and medical services. You will manage multiple systems while maintaining situational awareness and information accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and nonemergency calls for the service area.
• Confirm addresses, callback numbers, incident details, and safety concerns.
• Assess call priority using approved questions and procedures.
• Enter incident information into computer-aided dispatch systems.
• Dispatch responders when assigned to radio operations.
• Monitor radio traffic and update responding personnel as needed.
• Provide caller instructions within training and certification limits.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
