Job summary

Rapid Response Monitoring is seeking a Customer Service Representative (NV) to protect homes and businesses around the clock. You will answer alerts, dispatch responders, and deliver calm, professional support in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 2+ years in customer service or an associate degree and offers extensive training, shift differentials, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k, and opportunities for advancement within a growing national team. Location: Henderson, NV.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military equivalent, or 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient computer, written and verbal skills; comfortable using a headset in high-call-volume settings.
• Ability to clear drug screen and background check to meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training and follow company protocols.
• Process outbound calls to customers and authority agencies in a call center setting, some inbound.
• Provide detail-oriented customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency signals.
• Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses.
• Multitask and remain calm in various stressful situations.
