Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound calls to customers and authorities in a call center setting, some inbound.
• Respond to alarm activations and dispatch emergency responders.
• Provide detail-oriented customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Respond to, verify, and dispatch on emergency signals.
• Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses professionally.
• Multitask and stay calm in stressed situations.
