Job summary

Integrity Towing Solutions LLC in North Carolina operates a 24/7 dispatch center and is looking for a hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to lead a team of about seven dispatchers, manage schedules, and set the standard for every call.

You will personally cover shifts, ensure zero gaps in coverage, oversee vehicle releases, payments, and documentation, coach staff, and escalate to leadership when needed. Report to the Branch Manager and help uphold our 30-minute response standard.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory or lead experience in dispatch, call-center, or logistics operations.
• Strong, calm decision-making in a high-volume environment and ability to coach others.
• Effective communication with police, property managers, drivers, and vehicle owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and coach a team of ~7 dispatchers supporting a 24/7 operation.
• Maintain full phone and vehicle-release coverage with zero gaps and clear handoffs.
• Personal dispatch shift: answer multi-line phones, coordinate drivers, process releases.
• Verify and dispatch property tow requests promptly and ensure relocations occur as promised.
• Prioritize police-rotation calls and maintain 30-minute response standard.
• Keep dispatch records complete and audit calls weekly with coaching.
• Own cash controls: card processing, cash reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Train new dispatchers using written procedures and sign-offs.
• Route escalations quickly to the right owner and de-escalate tense situations.
