Job summary

Unitek-Global-Services is seeking a Dispatcher to answer emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritize work orders, and coordinate with technicians. You will oversee field routes, distribute assignments, and ensure timely information flow across departments.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians and crews to customer requests.
• Relaying information between work crews, inspectors, supervisors, or emergency personnel.
• Using phones, texts, and software to contact employees and customers.
• Communicating with supervisors or customers to resolve service requests.
• Prepare daily technician work schedules.
• Prepare and close out work orders and track expenses.
• Manage communication within territories and customer markets.
• Maintain records of requests, charges, inventory, and services.
