Fluidstack seeks a hands-on Data Center Operations Lead to run 24/7 critical infrastructure at your Louisiana site. You’ll own electrical distribution, cooling, safety, and build readiness, and partner with construction teams during live builds.

You’ll manage incident response, drive repair workflows, and develop a high-performance operations team while upholding safety standards and procedures. The role blends fast execution with rigorous reliability in a hyperscale environment.

Qualifications

• You’ve run 24/7 critical facility operations with contractual availability.
• Deep knowledge of electrical & mechanical infra and site safety.
• Experience in high-volume repair/break-fix and rapid repair cycles.

Responsabilités

• Lead 24/7 operation of site critical infra (electrical, cooling, safety).
• Own safety programs and ensure compliance with LOTO and electrical standards.
• Build and lead the site team, manage shift coverage and on-call rotations.
• Run hardware and network repair operations; manage tickets and RMA workflows.
• Lead incident/change management; perform root-cause analyses and drive fixes.
• Partner with construction and vendors during live builds and handovers.
