Job summary

Marjaree Mason Center Inc. in Fresno, CA seeks a Crisis Response Team Member to provide 24/7 crisis support for survivors of domestic violence. You will assess safety needs, assist with emergency housing entry, and coordinate with internal programs and partners to connect clients to essential resources.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and the ability to work with diverse populations. This is a non-exempt, full-time position reporting to the Crisis Response Team Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with coursework in social work, human services or victimology.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in criminal justice, victims’ services, social services, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provides confidential 24/7 crisis response and helpline support with crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Completes crisis assessments and connects individuals to internal or external resources.
• Coordinates entry into Emergency Safe House based on immediate safety needs.
• Maintains confidential client records and documents in the agency data system.
• Collaborates with law enforcement and community partners to enhance client services and safety.
