Job summary

Marjaree Mason Center is seeking a Crisis Response Manager in Fresno, CA to provide strategic leadership for 24/7 crisis response programs serving survivors of domestic violence. This role ensures trauma-informed intervention, advocacy, and strong grant compliance while guiding operations and staff.

You will oversee budgeting, program development, and partnerships with community organizations, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and driving organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum two years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience with database and project management software.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license and be insurable by MMC insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crisis Response Team’s operations, programming, and staff management.
• Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and program plans.
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, and grant compliance.
• Manage annual budget and build community partnerships.
• Represent MMC in external engagements and provide staff development.
