Job summary

GRAND Mental Health is seeking a Crisis Operations Manager in Oklahoma (Bartlesville) to serve as shift-level operations supervisor for the Urgent Recovery Center. You will also assist the Crisis Operations Director in leadership, regulatory readiness, staffing, and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of crisis/behavioral health experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Case Management II Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-level operational supervision for the Urgent Recovery Center (URC).
• Support site-wide leadership, regulatory readiness, staffing coordination, and program performance.
• Oversee real-time operations, staff support, client flow, safety, and service delivery during shifts.
• May serve as interim leadership coverage and participate in on-call rotation.
