CPC Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Crisis Worker in Eatontown, NJ. You will deliver crisis intervention, assess needs, and coordinate care with treatment programs. The role requires working a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts across various settings.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, 2+ years of treatment experience, MS Office proficiency, and a NJ driver's license with a clean record. A Master's degree with 1 year experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing treatment services to children or adults.
• Master's degree plus 1 year prior experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate with MS Office.
• New Jersey driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Crisis Response services 24/7 with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Complete assessments per state regulations and accrediting bodies as needed.
• Reassess clients throughout treatment and coordinate care with treatment programs.
• Complete progress notes timely and participate in treatment planning with families.
• Engage in safety planning, case management, and family work, coordinating care.
• Meet clients in homes, schools, hospitals, and community settings; manage environmental nuisances.
