Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or processing shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong mechanical, instrumentation, and controls knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize a safe working environment for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Ensure 24/7 operation with rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate production area to meet product, safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Mentor hourly personnel and apply disciplinary procedures when needed.
• Support maintenance, planning, and quality systems.
• Review daily safety, environmental and quality paperwork.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and process safety.
• Oversee loading, storage, and shipping of finished goods.
