Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks to a range of audiences including executives.
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
• Supervisory experience in a command center environment is desired.
• Proven leadership ability and experience in managing teams.
• Ability to ensure compliance, monitor assets, and issue rapid notifications.
• Excellent computer skills with multiple custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of OIC personnel in a 24/7 center through strong leadership.
• Ensure health and safety of staff and environment.
• Provide timely communications and actionable intelligence for protection of people and assets.
• Develop SOPs and train staff to improve performance.
• Ensure systems function properly and restore service promptly.
• Coordinate with security providers and documentation for field operations.
• Communicate critical items to senior management daily.
• Provide shift oversight to ensure compliance with rules and expectations.
• Identify new technologies and upgrades for existing systems.
• Manage incidents, alarms, notifications, calls and related activities.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Be prepared for 12-hour shifts up to 14 days during events or emergencies.
