Job summary

Simon Property Group seeks an OIC Supervisor to lead a 24/7 Operations Intelligence Center across North America. You will supervise specialists and analysts, providing guidance and tactical leadership to ensure mission readiness and rapid response to incidents.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage complex procedures, training, and coordination with corporate security partners. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a command-center style environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with executive leadership.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily performance of OIC personnel in a 24/7 center.
  • Ensure health and safety of staff and environment.
  • Deliver timely communications and actionable intelligence for protection of people/assets.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop SOPs; train staff.
  • Maintain system functionality and coordinate with security providers.
  • Provide shift oversight to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Lead in identifying new technologies and upgrades.
  • Manage incidents, alarms, and notifications for OIC operations.
