Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a SOC Supervisor to lead a team of SOC Analysts, protect assets, and oversee alarm activity and real-time incidents across stores on a 24/7 basis.

You will coach staff, coordinate with stores and law enforcement, refine procedures, and ensure accurate incident documentation while balancing workload across shifts. Strong decision-making and communication are essential, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Center, Loss Prevention, law enforcement, or related security field.
• Previous leadership or shift-lead experience preferred; ability to supervise while performing hands-on analyst work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOC operations during assigned shifts, ensuring alarms and incidents are reviewed, documented, and resolved promptly.
• Serve as escalation point for critical events, coordinating with stores, field leadership, and law enforcement.
• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and real‑time feedback to SOC Analysts.
• Balance workload distribution among analysts to ensure efficiency and coverage.
• Assist in investigations by pulling reports, reviewing video, and documenting incidents.
• Identify patterns and vulnerabilities in alarm activity and escalation as needed.
• Participate in developing and refining SOC procedures to reflect current security priorities.
• Prepare shift handoff reports and maintain clear communication with teams and leadership.
• Perform other duties to support security and loss prevention.
