Job summary

AccuWeather is seeking a Client Systems Specialist to provide responsive customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting for approximately 100 AccuWeather TV customers. The role supports 24/7 coverage, requiring proactive communication, advanced troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Occasional travel is required for product demonstrations, system installations, customer training, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience supporting PC or Mac computers, software, or hardware.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware problems and follow issues through to resolution.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for demonstrations, installations, training, and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical support resource for AccuWeather TV customers via phone, email, and remote support.
• Participate in 24/7 support coverage and on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, system configuration, and data issues affecting on-air operations.
• Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and ongoing support.
• Escalate complex issues to management and developers with clear details for timely resolution.
• Provide remote customer training on system operation and new features.
