Job summary

AccuWeather is seeking a Client Systems Specialist to provide responsive customer service, advanced technical support, and proactive problem resolution for AccuWeather TV customers. You will work with internal teams to keep systems running, document actions, and support on-air operations.

The role requires on-call availability and occasional travel for demonstrations, installations, and training. Prior experience with broadcast graphics systems or meteorological data is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience supporting PC or Mac computers, software, or hardware.
• Strong customer service skills, including handling urgent technical issues with composure.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware problems and follow issues through to resolution.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying knowledge levels.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail when recording issues and actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical support resource for AccuWeather TV customers via phone, email, and remote support.
• Support 24/7 coverage and on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prioritize issues based on urgency and impact on customer operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, system config, and data issues affecting on-air operations.
• Escalate complex issues to management and developers with clear details.
