Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking an Application Engineer Level 3 to support the TTO 4 Operations mission as part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative. This role focuses on automating security evaluation, continuous monitoring, and data collection across the project life cycle.

The position requires a rotating 12-hour shift and entails monitoring, troubleshooting, cloud operations, and collaboration with multiple teams to maintain mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Experience in Linux system administration.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and AWS CLI.
• Experience with data pipelines and dataflow tools (NiFi, Cribl, Kafka, Logstash).
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab Pipelines, or Docker.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain application systems for data reliability and availability.
• Perform continuous performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Track metrics, logs, dashboards, alerts, and application status to prevent downtime.
• Support watchfloor operations and escalate incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
