Job summary

Quevera seeks an Application Engineer III (24x7) with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for Fort Meade, MD. You will help shift the current manual security evaluation and authorization process to automation, continuous monitoring, and faster approvals across the project life cycle.

This blended role covers Systems Administration, watch floor support, Linux and cloud operations, and dataflow monitoring to ensure data reliability and high-availability of critical applications on rotating

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• One of the listed education/experience combos must be met.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts for 24/7 watch.
• Experience Linux system administration, cloud operations, and monitoring.
• Proficiency with dataflow tools and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data reliability across application systems.
• Proactively troubleshoot and adjust system configuration and code as needed.
• Track metrics, logs, dashboards, alerts, and application status to prevent downtime.
• Support watch floor operations and escalate service degradations as needed.
• Perform basic Linux administration tasks and manage AWS cloud operations.
• Work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 application support on the watch floor.
• Maintain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph as required.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure security and reliability of enterprise applications.
