Job summary

EOA Technologies is seeking an Application Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer on a full-time basis. The role blends software development, systems engineering, and operations support to enhance automation and continuous monitoring across project life cycles.

Responsibilities include data reliability, performance monitoring, and watchfloor support in a rotating shift. Candidates should have TS/SCI with Polygraph and IAT Level 2, with experience in Linux, AWS, and dataflow tools.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• IAT Level 2 Certification required.
• Shift schedule: 6AM–6PM / 6PM–6AM for 24/7 watch floor support.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools and dataflow pipelines.
• Experience with Linux system administration and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain application systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Provide continuous performance monitoring and proactive troubleshooting.
• Track metrics, logs, dashboards, alerts, and status to prevent downtime.
• Support watchfloor operations by identifying service degradation and escalating issues.
• Perform basic Linux administration and server reboots as needed.
• Utilize AWS Console/CLI for basic operational troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across software development, systems engineering, and operations teams.
