Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a Software Engineer – Level 3 to lead development of mission-critical software systems for national security, including analytics, real-time processing, and data management. You will guide multiple teams, set engineering processes, and ensure high-performance, scalable solutions aligned with customer requirements.

The role requires extensive software experience, strong technical leadership, and ability to deliver complex capabilities across programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• 20 years of software engineering experience on complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 4 years substitution possible.
• Experience leading multiple software teams and coordinating activities.
• Experience with COTS/GOTS integration and system-level requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance of complex software systems.
• Oversee multiple development teams and establish engineering processes.
• Coordinate integration, testing, and deployment across teams.
• Evaluate hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration.
• Mentor engineers and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and customer stakeholders.
