This 24/7 role coordinates between flight ops, maintenance personnel, and management, providing real-time technical oversight and authoritative airworthiness decisions under FAR 121.378.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate with current Airworthiness Release authorization.
• Airbus A320 family familiarity training completed.
• 5+ years in aircraft line or heavy maintenance, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and authorize maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations.
• Coordinate with flight operations, maintenance personnel, and management during live operations.
• Ensure FAA compliance and safe return-to-service of the fleet.
• Provide 24/7 technical oversight and decision support.
