Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, onsite. The role requires assisting with logistics coordination, preparing shipping and military shipment documentation, and coordinating with operations teams and service providers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, an Associate’s degree or equivalent, strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, MoveWare, DPS), and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• 1 year or more of experience in a related field is highly desired
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be able to commute to the job location in Honolulu, HI
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight
• Knowledge of import rules and compliance for military moves
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old
• Works extremely well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and follow-through
• Detail-oriented and motivated

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $23/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
