Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District is seeking a program support role to assist middle and high school students after school with academic and social-emotional activities. The incumbent will work with at-risk students in small groups and individually, providing homework techniques and life skills training under supervision.
Responsibilities include coordinating enrichment projects, implementing interventions, and helping modify behavior to build peer coping skills.

Support program implementation by working with middle school and/or high school at-risk students individually and in small groups. Provide homework techniques training, assist in coordinating life skills training, assist with enrichment projects, and provide appropriate interventions to at-risk students after school in academic, social/emotional, and recreational activities. Modify inappropriate behavior by working with students to create peer coping skills. Under the supervision of the coordinator and building principal.
$17.47/hour (non-degreed); $19.74/hour (2-year degree or beyond); $21.50/hour (teaching certificate)
