Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category team and drive store profitability and customer service in line with company policies.
• Operate the store as a limited Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintain store security as a key-holding manager while on duty.
• Maintain category merchandising and cleanliness and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage stock levels within the monthly budget and cadence the category cadence.
• Audit buyback throughout the day to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve complaints satisfactorily.
• Train and develop Associates within the category and facilitate cross-training.
• Communicate store updates through daily briefings and regular meetings.
• Handle bank deposits and cash handling tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store in adherence with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Operates the store as a limited Manager On Duty in conjunction with the management team.
• Maintains the physical security of the store they are assigned, and in doing so is a key-holding member of management.
• Maintains category merchandising and cleanliness and ensures operational efficiency.
• Maintains used category cadencing and stock levels within the monthly budget.
• Audits buyback throughout the day to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
• Ensures highest level of customer service and handles customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.

• Trains and develops Associates within category and facilitates cross-training for further development.
• Facilitates effective communication to all store Associates through daily briefings and weekly and monthly meetings.
