Job summary

micro1 seeks VA Eligibility Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems on veterans health care topics. You’ll use your enrollment and eligibility experience to verify that questions sound like real veterans and families, and that answers are correct and useful.

Responsibilities include writing rubrics for VA health care eligibility guidance, covering care coordination and the MISSION Act, and evaluating AI-generated answers against rubrics.

Qualifications

• Former VA enrollment, eligibility, or care coordination experience.
• 1+ years working on VA health care enrollment, eligibility determination, or care coordination.
• Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care.
• US-based
• Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week
• Clear, precise writing
