• Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and TA team members.
• Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights, recruiting recommendations, and market information.
• Monitor recruiting progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring leaders, and TA team to support workforce planning and continuous improvement efforts.

About The Entry Level Role

• Execute sourcing strategies using recruiting tools, professional networks, referrals, and other talent acquisition resources to develop candidate pipelines.
• Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members.
• Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights, recruiting recommendations, and market information.
• Monitor recruiting progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend solutions to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring leaders, and Talent Acquisition team members to support workforce planning, talent attraction initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
